液压油水污染在线连续检测传感器研究

摘要:本研究的目的为在线连续对液压油液中的水分能可靠地检测,保证及时发现水污染并预警,避免产生严重的事故,保证液压设备的可靠运行,实现主动维护。采用聚酰亚胺水分子选择性覆膜,并创新设计了连续曲率双螺旋电容水污染传感器,对基本原理进行了数学分析建模,并对新型传感器产品的组成原理和软件算法流程进行了介绍。通过对第三方实验室实验数据的分析讨论及和与客户的测试结果比对,得到了含水率检测精度更高的结果。本传感器产品已在部队及许多液压行业应用,有效地实现状态监控,成为大型设备主动维护的重要手段并为润滑管理审计等工作提供可靠的技术保障。

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to get the solution of in-line hydraulic oil water contamination detection and get the warning in timeand ensure the reliable operation of hydraulic devices and prevent fatal accident. A new type of sensor is designed by building a mathematical model and using capacitance sensor with PI selective film and double spiral lines with continuously curvature. It is proved that it can solve relative impediment which has better repeatability precision as will as better selective precision in complex environment by comparing the results of test conducted by customers and third-party lab. This new type of sensor has already been used in many large?scale industrial and mining enterprises as production, which can be an important method to improve the effect to maintain large equipment initiatively and provide reliable technical guarantee method to lubrication audit.
